The Accounts Receivable and Grant Management Department is responsible for the collection and allocation of payments received.
The Grant Management Office is in charge of the accounting for various Federal and State grants awarded to the School District. This office is also responsible for ensuring fiscal compliance regarding these grants. Federal and State Grants account for approximately 24.9% of the District’s 2018-2019 budgeted revenue. During fiscal year 2017-2018, we received $11,537,954 in Federal Awards.
The Accounts Receivable Office prepares bank deposits and monitors accounts for non-payment, delayed payment, or other irregularities. We maintain an accurate billing system and carry out reporting activities according to specific deadlines. We follow the District’s financial policies in the processing of our cash and receipts.
